What Does the Cosmetic Sector Demand from Packaging?
In cosmetic products, the box is a channel that carries brand identity and creates the first tactile contact with the customer. Set boxes, gift-set boxes and outer shipping packaging must combine print clarity, tactile quality and structural durability.
The outer shipping box around the primary packaging guarantees that the product reaches the end consumer intact; the set box, in turn, presents multiple products together and produces gift / seasonal-campaign value. Inadequate print quality or loose construction directly affects brand perception.
At MFS Packaging we direct our offset-printed corrugated and cardboard box manufacturing experience to the set-box, gift-set-box and outer-shipping-packaging needs of cosmetic brands. While the primary perfume box (fancy primary pack) is not our focus, we provide industrial quality on outer shipping and set construction.

An Example from Production
One of our customers, a cosmetic brand, requested a set-box production that could present 4 different products in a single box for the new-year campaign. Design criteria were to stay true to brand identity, improve shelf visibility and prevent products from shifting during distribution.
A lid-and-base laminated-cover structure was proposed for the set box; the inner divider was custom-designed at the dieline stage to fit each product. Matte lamination, UV spot varnish and foil printing on the brand logo were applied.
Print consistency was preserved across every batch in production; a clear brand perception was achieved on store and retail shelves. The customer extended the seasonal campaign over the same structure in subsequent years.
