From Raw Board to Finished Branded Box

Cardboard box manufacturing is a multi-stage process: corrugating raw paper into board, applying print (offset, flexographic or digital), laminating top liners where premium finish is required, die-cutting to dieline, folding and gluing into the finished box, and quality-checking before dispatch. At MFS Ambalaj we run all of these stages under one roof in our Karatay, Konya facility, which keeps lead times short and quality predictable.

Our customers range from automotive aftermarket distributors to e-commerce retailers, white-goods manufacturers, food producers and exporters. Production runs typically start at a few hundred units for plain kraft boxes and scale into tens of thousands for branded retail packaging. We also operate stock-and-call programs for large customers who want predictable supply without holding all inventory at once.
