Corrugated cardboard is the most widely used shipping material in modern industry. Its flute structure provides exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, stacking integrity, cushioning and rigidity while remaining lightweight, fully recyclable and economical. At MFS Ambalaj we have been producing corrugated cardboard boxes from our Karatay, Konya facility since 2011, supplying automotive, e-commerce, white-goods, food and export customers across Turkey and abroad.
Choosing the right corrugated box is more than picking a size. The flute (B, C, E or BC double-wall), the grammage of inner and outer liners, and the box style (RSC, FOL, half-slotted, die-cut, telescoping) all affect protection, cost and presentation. Our team helps customers select the right combination based on product weight, transport mode, stack height and humidity exposure.
Beyond plain kraft, our corrugated boxes can be flexographically or offset printed for branded packaging, laminated for premium feel, die-cut into custom shapes, or fitted with inserts for fragile products. We dispatch nationwide from Konya and prepare export-ready unitization for international shipments.

Brief & Analysis
We listen to product dimensions, weight, transport conditions and target market. Our production team in Konya recommends the most suitable corrugated cardboard structure.
Design & Sample
High-resolution offset print artwork is prepared, the dieline is drawn, and a physical sample can be sent on request. Nothing goes to print before your approval.
Production
Once approved, your offset-printed corrugated boxes are produced in our Karatay facility with quality control applied to every batch.
Delivery
We ship to Konya, Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir and the rest of Turkey, and on request prepare export-ready packaging for international logistics.
