Konya Box Manufacturing: From Production to Delivery

Konya is the manufacturing backbone of central Anatolia, with strong automotive, white-goods, furniture and agricultural-equipment clusters. MFS Ambalaj operates within this dense industrial ecosystem from our Karatay facility, producing custom-size corrugated boxes since 2011. Offset printing, board lamination, die-cutting and folding sit on the same shop floor, which both compresses lead time and removes the defect risk that comes with multi-vendor handovers.

When customers say Konya box manufacturing they really mean production discipline and dimensional precision. Every order in our pipeline starts with measured product dimensions, target weight, transport plan, market and humidity exposure. From those inputs we develop a dieline, choose materials and design the print. No box ships in volume without a physical sample sign-off, a discipline that keeps our return and damage rates well below industry norms.

We supply customers in Konya Organized Industrial Zone, the wider city and across Turkey, with regular weekly dispatches to Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and Antalya. For exporters we engineer packaging for European retail, US distribution, Middle East climates and Asian transit chains, and provide pallet labeling, packing lists and shrink-wrap on request so freight forwarders can take over with minimal friction.
